When transferring your domain to Z.com, you will keep the remaining time on your registration, and we will add another year of registration for free.
Before placing a transfer request with us, you must retrieve the Auth/EPP (if applicable) and ensure that the domain is unlocked and WHOIS privacy protection disabled.
(a) For new customers,
1. Go to our domain transfer page and scroll to the Sign Up form section.
2. Fill in the form with your first and last name, email address, etc.
3. Once done, click Submit.
(b) For existing customers,
1. Go to our Sign-in page. Enter your Email Address and Password, and proceed to log in.
2. Click on the Domains drop-down menu and click Transfer Domains to Us.
3. Enter the Domain Name and Authorization Code and click Add to Cart.
