If you get an error like this:
These are the steps to follow to find the problem:
a) Is your internet working? Try and browse other websites like Google.com to make sure.
b) Goto https://www.dnscheckz.com/
c) Type in your domain name without “www” in front of it.
d) DNSCheckz will test the domain and return an analysis
The response in bold are what you need to look at:
1. DNS request failed: The domain name referenced in the query does not exist.
Check that you type in the domain name correctly and that when you registered the domain you spelt in the same way.
2. Domain exists, but nameserver did not respond. Check your nameservers are set correctly at your registrar
This usually means that the domain has been registered but the nameservers at the registrar are not set correctly or you have not setup your dns.
See article [####]
3. No IP address is set for hostname
Check that the DNS A records have been set with the correct IP address of the hosting server. See article [####]
