Grant account management to a new user

Inviting a new user allows you to invite a new user to manage your account. If the invitee already has an existing user account, they can access your account using their existing login credentials.

If the user still needs an account, they have to create it.

1. Go to our Sign-in page. Enter your email address and password to log in.

2. On the right side of the top navigation bar, click on the drop-down menu.

3. Click User Management.

4. Enter the email address of the new user under Invite New User.

5. You may also select the Choose Permissions option for the new user instead of the default All Permissions selected option.

6. Once done, click Send Invite.

Note: An email with the subject [An agent of Z.com (GMO Internet Group, Inc) has sent you an invite] will be sent to the new user’s email address. To accept the invite, click Accept invitation.

7. Click Accept Invite.

8. Login if the invited email has an account on Z.com or register for a new Z.com account using the invited email.
