Domain transfer to another Z.com account

Automated domain transfers from one Z.com account to another Z.com account from the customer’s end are not possible. Domain transitions may need to be processed manually from our end. For security reasons, internal domain transfer requests need to be verified first. Kindly follow the steps below to process the domain transfer.

  • Note: The new account domain owner/recipient may need to have an active account to process the domain transition. If you have no account yet, refer to this guide on signing up. Once an account has been created, please send a support ticket through your Z.com account with the transfer request.

1. Go to our Sign-in page.

2. Enter your Email Address and Password (old account) and proceed to log in.

3. Upon reaching your Z.com Client Area, Open a New Ticket to submit a domain transfer request to us.

4. Once done, repeat the above steps with the new account.

Note: To validate the transfer request, the Z.com team expects (2 email requests): 1. an email ticket to move a domain to a new owner (from the old account) and 2. an email ticket to acknowledge the domain transfer (from the new account).

5. Our customer support team will process the domain transfer request accordingly.
