Add a subdomain
A subdomain is an extension of your domain that helps you organise content and expand your business offerings. It allows you to create standalone pages or functions, like a blog or online store.
You can add a subdomain directly via the cPanel of your web hosting.
1. Access cPanel directly through your Z.com account.
2. Once you have reached the cPanel dashboard, locate Domains under Domains.

3. Click Create A New Domain.

4. Here, you can add the subdomain, for example, blog.example.com. You may replace the word blog with any word for your subdomain preference.
* Adding a subdomain will allow you to create an additional independent website without additional cost.
For example:
www.example.com – main website
www.blog.example.com – an additional website using a subdomain (blog)
Note: To separate the main domain and subdomain root directory, ensure that the Share document root option is unchecked*. Once you have done this, click Submit to create the subdomain.

Once the subdomain is added, your domain list will look like this.
