Your account information will be send to the email address you used for the account.

Kindly do log in here to managed your account.

Process the transfer. Kindly click on Top menu.

Domain > Transfer Domains to Us

Step 4

You may obtain your authorization code by logging in to your “old” Z.com account here.

Click on Domain option > select the domain then click on “Domain & Contract information” and you will see the “Authcode”.

Step 5

Key in the Domain name and Authorization Code. Then click on “Add to Cart”

Step 6

Insert nameserver.

If you wish to use the current nameserver (ns-a1.cloud.z.com/ ns-a2.cloud.z.com/ ns-a3.cloud.z.com).

Then click on "Continue"

Step 7

Select the account to transfer to.

Settle the invoice by selecting Bank Transfer, and insert the coupon code (insert code).

Click on “Complete Order” once you have completed the above.

Step 8

Do kindly check your email inbox to verify the mail to complete the transfer.
