Transfer of Domain Ownership Between Z.com Accounts

Automated domain transfer between Z.com accounts from the customer’s end is not possible. Our support team needs to manually handle and process all domain transfers to ensure proper verification. All internal domain transfer requests require identity verification for security and fraud prevention purposes.

Note: Our support team will create the new domain owner’s (recipient’s) account only after verifying that the domain’s WHOIS information has been updated to match the submitted ID.

Steps to request a domain transfer to another Z.com account:

1. Update the domain’s WHOIS information.

Log in to your current Z.com account and update the domain’s WHOIS information to reflect the new account holder’s details. You can refer to this guide on how to update the domain’s WHOIS contact information.

• The registrant’s name, address, and other contact details must match the ID submitted by the new account holder.
* The new domain owner must submit a support ticket with a valid government-issued ID that includes their name and address.
* For security reasons, do not submit your ID via LiveChat or email. We can delete documents securely through our support ticket platform, but not LiveChat.

2. Contact our support team to request the transfer once the WHOIS update is complete, to process the internal domain transfer.

• Be sure to include the domain name, the email address of the new Z.com account, and confirmation that WHOIS has been updated.

3. Done! Once we receive your request, our support team will verify the following:

• The domain’s WHOIS information has been updated to match the new account holder’s valid ID (name and address).
• Our support team has created the new Z.com account based on the submitted ID (not self-created).

After successful verification, we will proceed with transferring the domain to the new account.
