How to start a Google Workspace 30-Day Trial? (and How to Change It to a Paid Plan After 30 Days)
Here at Z.com, we offer a
30-day trial for Google Workspace. If you prefer a paid plan, choose from our three Google Workspace plans. Visit the
Google Workspace page on our website to review the costs and features of each plan.
Note:
• You need a domain name to sign up for our 30-day Google Workspace trial. If you do not have one, register through our
domain registration page.
• For existing Z.com customers, please use the email address you used to create your Z.com account in the sign-up form.
1. Purchase Process - How to make an order
To start a Google Workspace 30-day trial:
1. Click
here for our
Google Workspace 30-day trial sign-up form. Fill out the form (first name, last name, email address, phone number, etc.) and select options from the drop-down menu accordingly. Remember to check □ I have read and agree to the Product Term of Service (https://web.z.com/sg/terms/), and Privacy Policy. (https://web.z.com/sg/privacy/). Once done, click
Submit.
2. Once submitted, our customer support will contact you within 1 or 2 business days with your account details.
2. Settings Process - How to set up
1. Within 1 or 2 business days, check the inbox of the email address you used in the sign-up form or to sign up/sign in to your Z.com account. You should receive two emails as described below.
From: The Google Workspace Team <workspace-noreply@google.com>
Subject: [Action Required] You’ve signed up for a Google product: What’s next?
Subject: [Action Required] Activate your new Google Workspace Business Starter for example.com.
2. Let us focus on the
first email ([Action Required] You’ve signed up for a Google product: What’s next?). Click
here (link in the email) to create your password and sign in to the Admin console.
Note: Your admin account username is admin@example.com. Please refer to the email below to find it.
3. Enter your desired password in the
Create password and
Confirm password fields before clicking
Change password to save changes.
4. Once you have done this, let us return to the
second email (
[Action Required] Activate your new Google Workspace Business Starter for example.com). Click
Sign in to access your Google Admin console.
5.
Sign in using the
admin email address in
step 2 and the
password you created in
step 3.
6. Upon reaching your Google Admin console, click
VERIFY DOMAIN.
7. Click
PROTECT.
8. Follow the instructions on the screen. Return to your
Z.com Client Area and navigate the domain
DNS Management section. Once done, click
NEXT: GO TO STEP 2.
9. Copy your verification code and go to your domain
DNS Management section to
create a new TXT record. Once done, click
Save Changes. Then, return to the page below and click
PROTECT DOMAIN.
10. Click
CONTINUE to be redirected back to your Google Admin console page.
11. To activate Gmail for your domain, click
SET UP MX RECORDS.
12. Click
ACTIVATE.
13. Follow the instructions on the screen. Return to your
Z.com Client Area and navigate the domain
DNS Management section. Once done, click
NEXT: GO TO STEP 2.
14. Add the
Google MX records to your domain
DNS Management section. Once done, click
Save Changes before proceeding to
ACTIVATE GMAIL.
15. Click
FINISH, and you are done!
3. Plan Change Process - How to upgrade to a paid plan after 30 days
To change your 30-day trial to a paid plan after 30 days:
Customers can easily change a trial to a paid plan in 3 steps**.
** There is no need to set up the domain and activate Gmail again.
Refer to this
guide (following
Purchase Process from steps 1-3 only**).
Note:
• Choose the
same plan as your trial plan. Select
I already have a Domain to use the
same domain name for this new subscription.
• Once the order is completed, your new Google Workspace paid service
will NOT be activated yet.
• Please
