How to Cancel My Service?

Any service from us will be suspended upon expiration. The service will be automatically terminated if payment is not received during the set grace period. Customer can process:

(a) Immediate cancellation refers to the prompt termination of your service.

Note: As long as it does not fall under the money-back guarantee program for the specific product, you will not be eligible to have the money back for this service.

(b) Cancellation at the end of your billing period will suspend the service upon expiration. The service will enter the suspended state and be automatically terminated after a grace period.

Note: Cancellation for domain registration once active is not possible. Domain will be automatically terminated upon expiration. You have the option to transfer your domain to another registrar if you do not wish to keep your service with us.

Unpaid invoices for renewal or new orders can be cancelled directly from your client billing area.

How do I cancel my invoice?

To submit a service cancellation request,

1. Contact our customer support team via LiveChat or send us a live ticket, providing us with your Z.com account name or email address registered on/used to log in to your account.

2. Provide the service you want to cancel. Our customer support team will then process your cancellation request accordingly.
