Turn On/Off auto-renew

Upon successful domain registration, auto-renew is turned on by default. This means that our system automatically sends you a renewal invoice before your domain expires, ensuring continuous protection of your domain.

If you previously turned off your domain auto-renew and would like to turn it on again, you can do so directly from the Z.com Client Area.

Note: Once auto-renew has been turned off, our system will no longer automatically generate renewal invoices. If needed, refer to this guide on how to manually request renewal invoice generation.

1. Go to our Sign-in page.

2. Enter your Email Address and Password, and proceed to log in.

3. On the left side of the top navigation bar, click on the Domains drop-down menu and click My Domains or DOMAINS directly.

4. Click on the settings icon on the right side of your domain.

5. Click Auto Renew on the left side under Manage.
