We understand that domain renewal costs sometimes are higher than the initial registration fee. There are several reasons for this. • Registrar pricing: Each domain registrar sets its own prices, and renewal fees can vary due to bundled additional services. However, we strive to offer competitive rates while providing top-notch service and support. • Registration fee: Domain registrars charge a fee for registering and renewing domain names. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with managing the domain registration system. • Top-level domain (TLD) costs: The cost of renewing a domain name can depend on the top-level domain (TLD) extension you choose (.com, .net, .org, etc.). Some TLDs have higher fees set by their respective registries due to factors like demand, exclusivity, or special features. • Country code top-level domain (ccTLD): Higher renewal fee set by each respective country-specific registry. For (ccTLD) extension renewal (eg .my, .sg, .ph, etc.), please check with your sponsoring country registrar for more information on renewal requirements. • Renewal period: The cost may also depend on the length of the renewal period. Renewing a domain name for multiple years may be more cost-effective than renewing it annually. • Domain name popularity: Domain names with popular keywords or high demand can have higher renewal fees. • Market demand: The domain market is influenced by various factors, including industry trends and registry pricing policies. If a domain name is highly sought after or in high demand, the renewal cost may be higher due to its potential resale value or competition. • Promotional rate: Initial registration often comes with promotional rates, and the renewal fee reflects the regular price. Domain renewal prices depend on the type of TLD. There are two ways to check for the prices. You can check directly on our full TLDs list or through your Z.com Client Area if you already have an account with us. [Option A] Z.com domain price list page 1. Access our full TLDs list for all domain single-year prices, including registration, renewal and transfer. [Option B] Z.com Client Area 1. Go to our Sign-in page. 2. Enter your Email Address and Password, and proceed to log in. 3. On the left side of the top navigation bar, click on the Domains drop-down menu and click My Domains or DOMAINS directly. 4. Click anywhere within the rectangular box of the preferred domain. 5. Once you reach the Overview page, you should see the domain's Recurring Amount, also known as the renewal price.

Upon successful domain registration, auto-renew is turned on by default. This means that our system automatically sends you a renewal invoice before your domain expires, ensuring continuous protection of your domain. If you previously turned off your domain auto-renew and would like to turn it on again, you can do so directly from the Z.com Client Area.

Note: Once auto-renew has been turned off, our system will no longer automatically generate renewal invoices. If needed, refer to this guide on how to manually request renewal invoice generation.

1. Go to our Sign-in page. 2. Enter your Email Address and Password, and proceed to log in. 3. On the left side of the top navigation bar, click on the Domains drop-down menu and click My Domains or DOMAINS directly. 4. Click on the settings icon on the right side of your domain. 5. Click Auto Renew on the left side under Manage. 6. Click Enable Auto Renew. Successful enablement of auto-renew should look like this. 1. To turn off auto-renew, click Disable Auto Renew. Successful disablement of auto-renew should look like this.

Note: For PayPal transactions, when the Auto Renewal Status is set to Disabled, ensure that the auto-charge feature on your PayPal account is disconnected to avoid automatic charges.

Generally, domain name registries give a grace period of up to 30 days (depending on the type of TLD*) after the set expiration date.

Note: We recommend you renew your domain while it is still active to keep your website online while maintaining complete control of the domain name. Once the grace period is over, the domain will be released for public purchase after a few months.

1. Go to our Sign-in page. Enter your Email Address and Password, and proceed to log in. 2. Click My Domains from the Domains drop-down menu on the top navigation bar. 3. You will see the domain status, Grace Period (Expired). Click on the drop-down icon on the right side of the domain accordingly, and select the Renew option.

Note: The available renewal period for the expired domain should be one year. Do double-check before clicking on Add to Cart.

4. Review & Checkout.

Note: Choose your preferred payment method and tick the box once you have read and agreed to the terms of service before clicking Complete Order at your last step.

We recommend renewing your domain registrations regularly to ensure your websites remain active and your email services uninterrupted. You can renew your domains directly from the Z.com Client Area. 1. Go to our Sign-in page. 2. Enter your Email Address and Password, and proceed to log in. 3. On the left side of the top navigation bar, click on the Domains drop-down menu and click My Domains or DOMAINS directly. 4. If you wish to renew more than one domain at once (a), click Renew Domains on the left side under Actions. If you wish to renew a specific domain (b), click on the drop-down option on the right side of your desired domain. 5. Click Renew. 6. Select your preferred option from the Available Renewal Periods drop-down list, then Add to Cart. 7. Once added, the Order Summary on the right side should be updated with the new configuration. Review and View Cart. 8. Upon reaching the Review & Checkout page, you may use any available coupon codes at this step. Include the promotional code, then Validate Code. If not, double-confirm the order summary before proceeding to Checkout.
