Step 1
Create an Account here
Note: Kindly proceed to step 2 if you already have an account with us after 28 Jan 2021.
Your account will be created within 1 working day once we received all the needed details.
Step 2
Your account information will be send to the email address you used for the account.
Kindly do log in here to managed your account.
Step 3
Process the transfer. Kindly click on Shortcuts menu on the bottom left, "Order new Services".
Step 4
On the “Register Domain” page, kindly select “I already have a Domain” and input your domain associated to your current Web Hosting service.
Then click on "Check".
Step 5
On the “Checkout” page, insert the coupon code according to the code given to you by our Customer Support.

Kindly Scroll down to “Purchase Information” and select your current Web Hosting service then select “Period” 12 months.
The total will be shown as 0.00. Kindly do click on the Terms agreement button and then the “Confirm” button.
Step 7
Your Purchase of the new Web-Hosting service is completed.
Step 8
Log in to your Z.com account and click “Web Hosting” on main menu tab. Then select your web hosting server on the list.
Note: Make sure that “All” is selected for region under Configure

Click the red cPanel box.

In the Files section, click “File Manager”

Click “public_html” folder

Go to the “Document Root” of your website you want to back up, click “Select All” and hit “Compress”. Simply choose “Zip Archive” for Compression Type then click “Compress Files” to start creating Website back up file.
Step 13
Select the newly created back up file and click “Download”. The zip file will be downloaded to your local computer.
Step 14
To back up database, kindly go back to cPanel home page.
In the Database section, click “phpMyAdmin”. Select the database of your website, click “Export” then click “Go” to download the database back up locally to your computer.
Generally, these are the two files (Website back up file in a zip format and database back up file in an sql format) you need to back up your whole website.
Step 15
Restoring Website and Database back up files to Z.com Control Panel.
Log in to your cPanel home page settings. Please refer to the previous instruction on how to access cPanel. Go to “Addon Domains” settings under Domain section.
Specify your domain in “New Domain Name” field and leave the other two fields as is then hit “Add Domain” button.
Note: Once the domain has been added, a folder will be created in “File Manager” named after the newly added domain which will be your Document Root. This is where website files should be uploaded.

Navigate to your website Document Root. In this example it is in “/public_html/websitekoto.com”. Click “Upload” on the toolbar. Click “Select File” button and choose your back up website file from local computer which should be in .zip compressed file format.
Step 17
Select the uploaded compressed website file and hit “Extract”.
Step 18
Go back to cPanel home page and click “MySQL Database” settings. Then create new database and add mySQL User.

Add User to Database. Tick “ALL PRIVILEGES”, Scroll down to the bottom and hit “Make Changes”
Step 20
Go back to cPanel home page. Click “phpMyAdmin” under Databases section. Select the database that you created. Click the “Import” tab. Click “Choose File” and select the database back up from your local machine. Hit the “Go” button at the bottom.
Step 21
Navigate to the configuration file of your. In this example, since this website is created from Wordpress platform, the configuration file should be “wp-config”.
Step 22
Update the configuration file with newly created database and credentials. Please refer to step 18 for the correct credentials. Then click on “save changes” button.
Assuming the domain is already pointed to Z.com Name Servers and DNS has been configured properly, your website should now be accessible on the internet.
