Visit our Google Workspace Page

Choose a Google Workspace Plan and click on the buy now button

I. Select “Register a New Domain” if you do not own one yet, or
II. Select “I already have a Domain” if you already own one, and key in your active domain name.
*Do note that you are required to have a domain name to register and or use Google Workspace.
Step 4
Fill in the client information for account creation

You have now completed your purchase.
Step 7
Go to the registered email mailbox and look out for the email with the subject “You’ve signed up for a Google product: What’s next?”.
Click here to create your password.
Step 8
You will see the terms and conditions page, read through the terms and click on the accept button.
Step 9
Create a new and strong password, and click on the Change Password button once confirmed.
Step 10
You will then see the terms of service page, read through the terms and click on the accept terms of service button.
Step 11
You are now at your google admin console, click on verify domain to verify your domain name with Google.

Click on the continue button

You will then see the instruction given to add your verification code to your domain host provider dashboard. Copy the verification code.

Click here to log in to your Zcom Dashboard.
Step 15
Click on the domains menu and select the domain you want to use to verify with Google Workspace.

Click on DNS Management.

• Under Record Type: Select “SPF(TXT)
• Copy the verification code (from step 13) and paste it under Address fill
Click on the Save Changes button once completed.
Step 18
Return to your Google console verify domain page and click on the verify domain button.

Once completed, you will be redirected to this page. Now, click on the Activate button to activate Gmail for your domain name (eg, example@yourcompanyname.com).

Tick on both selections and click on the continue button.

You will then see the instruction given to route your email to Gmail in your Z.com dashboard.
Step 22
Go back to your Z.com Dashboard or click here to log in.
Step 23
Click on the domains menu and select the domain

Click on DNS Management.
Step 25
Under Record Type: Select “MX(mail)”
And follow the instructions provided in your Google console “Activate Gmail” page, and fill up the address and priority fill.
Click on the Save Changes button once completed.
Step 26
Return to your Google console’s “Activate Gmail” page and click on the “Activate Gmail” button. And you are done.
Do take note it may take up to 24 hours to get it verified with Google.
