As an essential part of your website, PHP significantly influences your web pages’ functionality. Depending on your objective, you may upgrade or downgrade to another version of PHP.
All Z.com customers can easily update or change PHP versions for each WordPress website within cPanel. Currently, we support PHP 7.2-7.4, 8.0 and 8.1 for websites hosted on Z.com.
1. Access cPanel directly through your Z.com account.
2. Once you have reached the cPanel dashboard, locate MultiPHP Manager under Software.
3. Select the domain you want to change the PHP version for.
4. On the right side of the page, change the PHP version accordingly. Versions 7.4 (default), 7.2, 7.3, 8.0 and 8.1 are all available there.
5. Once done, click Apply.
