Occasionally, it can appear that your domain is in Pending Registration status after registering and purchasing a new domain. This is because the newly registered domain is not activated yet ready for use.
This can happen for different reasons, most often due to the following:
• Account information contains invalid symbols (our system only allows a-z, A-Z, 1-0)
• The domain is already registered somewhere else (even though the invoice was issued and payment has successfully gone through)
• Unpaid invoice due to bank transfer selected as the payment method (for bank deposits/transfers, our accounts team needs payment verification first before manually processing the order)
• The premium domain that Z.com do not support (2-4 letter domain names)
