Once you have purchased or renewed a service with us, an invoice will be issued and provided within your Z.com Client Area.
However, you cannot alter an invoice once it has been issued. You can cancel the invoice on your end before proceeding with the reorder and selecting the desired payment method so our system can generate a new invoice using the new payment method.
For new orders, the process is straightforward. Simply cancel the invoice from your end, then proceed to reorder. During the reorder process, you will have the opportunity to select your desired payment method.
For renewal of
1) Active/expired domain and active web hosting
After cancelling the invoice for renewal, you can manually generate a new renewal invoice with your desired payment method directly from your Z.com Client Area simply by following the steps for renewing your domain and web hosting.
Once done, the new renewal invoice will be issued and provided within your Z.com Client Area > My Invoices.
1. Go to our Sign-in page.
2. Enter your Email Address and Password, and proceed to log in.
3. Click Renew Now for domain (a) or services (including web hosting) (b).
4. Select your preferred option from the Available Renewal Periods drop-down list, then Add to Cart.
5. Once added, the Order Summary on the right side should be updated with the new configuration. Review and View Cart.
6. Upon reaching the Review & Checkout page, you may use any available coupon codes at this step. Include the promotional code, then Validate Code. If not, double-confirm the order summary before proceeding to Checkout.
2) Expired web hosting and other services
For expired web hosting, manually generating a new renewal invoice with your desired payment method is not supported directly through your Z.com Client Area. To renew your expired web hosting, you must contact us for assistance with the renewal process.

2. Enter your Email Address and Password, and proceed to log in.
3. Click Renew Now (b) on the right for web hosting.
