I can’t sign in to my Z.com account
If you’re encountering problems signing in to your Z.com account, try the following methods:
Clear your browser’s cache and cookies. Then close and relaunch the page. Or open a private browser and try signing in again.

I forgot my Z.com login email address
Find your Z.com login email address if you forgot it but still know your password.
Recover the login email address can only be done through our support team.
Contact our support team via LiveChat or send us a live ticket.
Provides us with your Z.com account name or domain name.
Our support team will then locate your Z.com account and the email address associated with the account.

Can I change the payment method on an issued invoice?
Once you have purchased or renewed a service with us, an invoice will be issued and provided within your Z.com Client Area.
However, you cannot alter an invoice once it has been issued. You can cancel the invoice on your end before
proceeding with the reorder and selecting the desired payment method so our system can generate a new invoice using the new payment method.
For new orders, the process is straightforward. Simply cancel the invoice from your end, then proceed to reorder. During the reorder process, you will have the opportunity to select your desired payment method.

Domain names are the unique addresses that identify a website on the internet. In other words, a domain name is the address people type into a web browser address bar to find your website.

Country code top-level domain (ccTLD): is a two-letter domain extension, such as .us or .ph, assigned to a country, geographic location or territory.
A whois proxy, or domain privacy service, allows individuals or businesses to hide customer contact in the public whois database. Instead of displaying the actual registrant’s information, the proxy service substitutes its own, ensuring the domain owner’s privacy. Active whois proxy prevents registrant email to receive spam like unwanted marketing/advertisement emails.
