Can I change the payment method on an issued invoice?

You can change the payment method on an issued invoice (unpaid) directly from your Z.com Client Area.

1. Go to our Sign-in page.

2. Enter your Email Address and Password, and proceed to log in.

3. On the left side of the top navigation bar, click on the Billing drop-down menu and click My Invoices or INVOICES directly.

4. You can use the Status filter on the left side by clicking Unpaid to view only unpaid invoices.

5. Click on the invoice # to expand invoice details.

6. Click on the Payment Method drop-down menu.

7. To change the payment method, select your preferred one from the list of options, such as Gcash by Dragonpay.

Note: The list of payment methods differs according to your country location. Only two payment method options are available for other countries (e.g. USA). As seen from the following sample invoice.

8. Once done, click the Pay now button to process your payment.

Note: For the Gcash by Dragonpay option, the Pay Now button is sometimes greyed out and not clickable. This means there is a temporary disconnection from the API Gateway. Please settle your invoice later. Alternatively, you may process a bank transfer from your Gcash application and send us your payment transaction receipt for verification. Otherwise, you can select other payment options from the list.
