Manual internal transferring of the domain from one Z.com account to another cannot be done by the customers. Kindly follow the steps below before submitting a domain transfer request to the new Z.com account.
1. Go to our Sign-in page. Enter your Email Address and Password (old account) to log in.
2. Upon reaching your Client Area, Open a New Ticket to submit a domain transfer request to us.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 with the new account.
4. Our customer support team will process your request to transfer the domain accordingly.
