Domain transfer to another Z.com account

Manual internal transferring of the domain from one Z.com account to another cannot be done by the customers. Kindly follow the steps below before submitting a domain transfer request to the new Z.com account.

Note: Create your new Z.com account if it has not been created.

1. Go to our Sign-in page. Enter your Email Address and Password (old account) to log in.
2. Upon reaching your Client Area, Open a New Ticket to submit a domain transfer request to us.

3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 with the new account.
4. Our customer support team will process your request to transfer the domain accordingly.

Note: Two tickets for the request to transfer the domain must be initiated by both the old and new accounts and received by us first to verify the request.
