We provide two options for cancellation regarding our services – (a) immediate and (b) at the end of your billing period.
(a) Immediate cancellation will cover cancelling your service right away. As long as it does not fall under the money-back guarantee program for the specific product, you will not be eligible for having the money back for this service.
(b) Cancellation at the end of your billing period would mean that you will not receive an invoice for your service renewal, and it will be cancelled once it expires.
Unpaid invoices can also be cancelled upon request.

- Our customer support team will then process your cancellation request accordingly.
