Reset my Z.com account password

If you forgot your Z.com account password, you can reset it.

  1. Go to our Sign-in page and click the “Forgot Password?”.
  2. Enter your Email Address.
  3. Select Submit. In a few minutes, you’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.

Note: We send the email for a password reset to your account’s email address on file. Kindly check for the email/s within your spam/junk folder, should there be none within your inbox.
