Reset my Z.com account password

If you forgot your Z.com account password, you can reset it.

1. Go to our Lost Password Reset page (or click Forgot Password? on our Login page).

2. Enter the Email Address registered on your Z.com account and click Submit.

3. In a few minutes, you will receive an email with the Email Subject: [Reset your password] and a link to reset your password. Click on the link.

4. Enter your New Password and again under Confirm New Password, then Save Changes once done.

Note: Kindly check for the email within your spam/junk folder should there be none within your inbox.
