Creating a Z.com account is easy and happens automatically when you order any of our services, such as domains, web hosting, or business email. During the ordering process, you will be asked to complete a client information form, which will be used to set up your account. To create an account: 1. Visit our website and order your desired service. * Z.com offers several services, such as domains, web hosting plans, business email by Titan, Google Workspace, personal email, and MiraWEB. 2. Click Buy Now to get started with your order and account registration. In this case, let us buy a web hosting service, for example. 3. If you already have a domain, choose I already have a Domain. Otherwise, search for your preferred domain’s availability for registration at the same time. 4. On the Sign up/Sign in page, fill in your client information details accordingly. Note: When filling in your account details, please use only the English alphabet (a–z, A–Z) and numbers (0–9). * Special characters or symbols are not allowed in any field. * Enter your phone number without the country code. Make sure you check the first box. The second box is optional. Once done, click Sign Up and Send Verification Code. * Shortly, you will receive an email from us containing a verification code. Check your inbox and spam/junk folder. 5. Validate your email address to complete the account creation process. Enter the code and click Verify Now. 6. Once successfully verified, you should be redirected to the Checkout page. Scroll down to the Purchase Information section to confirm your order details. Note: Here, you can make changes to your type of plan and period by selecting accordingly and using the drop-down menu. 7. Scroll down to the Payment section to select your preferred payment method. Once done, click Continue to Payment. Note: Depending on your payment method, your service will be activated upon payment confirmation. For Bank Transfer, to activate your service, please send us a copy of your deposit slip/online transfer confirmation for payment validation. 8. Done! If you forgot your Z.com account password, you can reset it. 1. Go to our Lost Password Reset page (or click Forgot Password? on our Login page). 2. Enter the Email Address registered on your Z.com account and click Submit. 3. In a few minutes, you will receive an email with the Email Subject: [Reset your password] and a link to reset your password. Click on the link. 4. Enter your New Password and again under Confirm New Password, then Save Changes once done.

We recommend keeping your account profile information up-to-date to help keep your account secure. Your account profile includes details such as your first and last name, address, email address, default payment method, phone number, etc. 1. Go to our Sign-in page. 2. Enter your Email Address and Password, and proceed to log in. 3. On the right side of the top navigation bar, click on the drop-down menu and click Account Details. 4. Update your account profile information by filling in the correct details accordingly.

Tips: • Please ensure your account details are written using only English alphabet letters (our system only allows a-z, A-Z, 0-9). • Do not let your Address 1 be too long. Consider splitting your contact address information into Address 1 and Address 2 fields. • No need to include country codes in the phone number field.

5. Click Save Changes once completed. • For Email Preferences, you may check or uncheck the boxes according to your preference. • To join our mailing list, toggle the option to either yes or no.

The email address on your account is a significant detail that allows the email account holder to receive important updates, billing notices, and more. Most importantly, the email account holder can change the primary account password, giving them full possession of the account. For these reasons, the email address must belong to the account owner. Before changing the email address you use to log in to your Z.com account, note that our system uses the login email address as your account username. The email address used in your Account Details can differ from the login email address. What is the difference between the email address in Account Details and Your Profile? The email address in Account Details: used to receive all important email notifications regarding your account and services Your Profile: used for account login only • If you want to change the email address used to receive emails related to your account and services, please update the email address in Account Details. • If you want to change the email address used for login, please update the email address in Your Profile.   Encountering Login Details Incorrect. Please try again. error upon login after making changes. If so, it is likely because you updated the email address in Account Details, but the email address (saved in Your Profile) has not been updated yet. Please use the old email address to log in first.

Note: To avoid confusion, we recommend changing and updating the email addresses in both Account Details and Your Profile. This means using the same email address for both login and receiving emails related to your account and services.

To resolve the login error, update the email address in Your Profile: 1. Go to our Sign-in page. 2. Enter your old Email Address and Password, and proceed to log in. 3. On the right side of the top navigation bar, click on the drop-down menu and click Your Profile. 4. Update the email address in the Email Address field, then Save Changes. 5. To test changes, log out of your account and log back in using the new email address and your current password.
