How can I restore my email account using JetBackup?
JetBackup allows you to restore specific email accounts in case they are accidentally deleted.
Note: JetBackup is limited to restoring the email account and its settings. Backup does not include email data (messages, attachments, etc.), but email data restoration is unavailable.
You can restore your email account directly via the JetBackup dashboard in cPanel.
1. Access your JetBackup dashboard.
2. Under Restore & Download, click Email Accounts.

3. You will see a list of Email Accounts available. Click on the drop-down selection of the available 4-day incremental backups you can restore. To restore, select the email account that you want to restore, confirm the Restoration date from the dropdown date selection, and then click Restore.

Note: JetBackup can only retain the latest four-day backup. Click the Choose Other Backup button and select the restoration date from the list.

4. Double-check the Restore Summary page, confirm that you are restoring the correct Email Accounts under Items To Restore, and then click Restore Selected Items to proceed.
* By default, the Go to Queue after I click Restore option is checked. You will be redirected to the Queue page to monitor the progress of the email restoration. You can uncheck it if you prefer to.

5. Done! Once the restoration is complete, JetBackup will notify you with a message confirming the successful restoration of the email account.
