How to check and repair a database in cPanel?
If you are experiencing issues with your website, such as slow performance, unexpected errors, or pages not loading correctly, the problem might be related to your database. In cPanel, you can use built-in tools to check and repair your database without needing technical knowledge.
1. Access cPanel directly through your Z.com account.
2. Once you have reached the cPanel dashboard, locate Manage My Databases under Databases.
3. Upon reaching the Manage My Databases page, locate the Modify Databases section below Create New Database.
4. Under Check Database, select the database you would like to check from the drop-down menu and click Check Database. The complete checking of the database should appear as follows.
5. Likewise, under Repair Database, select the database you would like to repair from the drop-down menu and click Repair Database. The complete repairing of the database should appear as follows.
These tools perform basic MySQL check table and repair table operations behind the scenes to verify and fix common database issues.
