How do I access my cPanel control panel?
Once you confirm that your web hosting service is active, you can access your cPanel to create your website or email.
There are two ways to access the cPanel for your hosting account: (a) a direct login URL and your (b) Z.com Client Area. We recommend accessing the cPanel via your Client Area, but sometimes, using the direct login URL is preferable. For example, when you want your website designer to work on your website without granting them direct access to your Client Area.
Note: You can view your cPanel server shared IP address upon reaching your cPanel dashboard below General Information > Shared IP Address.
(a) A direct login URL
1. Input the IP address or domain and the 2083 service port in your preferred browser (e.g. http://163.44.242.16:2083 or http://example.com:2083).
2. Enter your cPanel Username and Password.
3. Click Log in.
(b) Z.com Client Area
1. Go to our Sign-in page.
2. Enter your Email Address and Password, and proceed to log in.
3. Aligned with your web hosting service, click Log in to cPanel.
