TXT (text record) is a type of DNS entry or resource record used to provide the ability to associate text with a zone. This record allows domain administrators to insert any textual content (either human or machine-readable) into DNS records.
Most DNS records contain data in a computer-readable language, but TXT records allow for both human and machine-readable instructions.
They are commonly used to store general information about your domain and valuable details for verification and email validation, especially when verifying domain ownership and email spam prevention.
