In cases whereby your domain has failed to renew automatically, you may renew your domain manually directly through your Z.com account.
- Log in to your Z.com account here.
- Click on “My Domains” from the Domains drop-down menu on the top navigation bar.
- Click on the settings icon on the right side of your desired domain.
- Click on “Renew” on the left side under Actions.
- You may select from the available renewal periods before adding and viewing the cart.
- Review & Checkout.
* If the domain has passed its expiration date, kindly refer here for a guide on renewing an expired domain.
Once you have successfully renewed your domain manually, check whether or not the auto-renew for your domain is indeed still set as on. You may refer here for a guide on how to turn on auto-renew.
We recommend leaving the auto-renew enabled to avoid missing a domain renewal.
