Manually renew my products or services

It is crucial to renew your services on time to ensure the continuous availability of your online presence and prevent potential downtime or service disruptions.

Once your service is nearing expiration, our system will automatically generate and issue a renewal invoice within your Z.com Client Area > My Invoices.

However, you can also manually generate renewal invoices early if you wish to renew your services ahead of time.

To renew:

1) Domain (active/expired) and active web hosting service

You can manually generate a new renewal invoice with your desired payment method directly from your Z.com Client Area simply by following the steps for renewing your domain and web hosting.

Once done, the new renewal invoice will be issued and provided within your Z.com Client Area > My Invoices.

1. Go to our Sign-in page.

2. Enter your Email Address and Password, and proceed to log in.

3. Click Renew Now for domain (a) or services (including web hosting) (b).

4. Select your preferred option from the Available Renewal Periods drop-down list, then Add to Cart.

5. Once added, the Order Summary on the right side should be updated with the new configuration. Review and View Cart.

6. Upon reaching the Review & Checkout page, you may use any available coupon codes at this step. Include the promotional code, then Validate Code. If not, double-confirm the order summary before proceeding to Checkout.

2) Expired web hosting and other services

Manually generating renewal invoices directly through your Z.com Client Area is unavailable after service expiration.

To renew your expired service, you may contact our customer support team through LiveChat or send us a live ticket to generate a renewal invoice.

Note: Service can only be renewed and recoverable within 30 days after web hosting expiration.
