How to start a Google Workspace 30-Day Trial? (and How to Change It to a Paid Plan After 30 Days)

30-day free trial of Google Workspace, allowing you to explore its tools and features before committing to a paid plan. You can easily switch to one of our three paid Google Workspace plans when ready. To compare pricing and features, visit the
Google Workspace page on our website.
Note: A domain name is required to sign up for the 30-day Google Workspace trial. You can register a new domain through our
Domain Registration page if you do not already own one.
1. Purchase Process – How to make an order
To start a Google Workspace 30-day trial:
1. Click
here for the Google Workspace page on our website. Locate our available plans and under the
Trial plan, click
Try Now.
Note: Prices and specifications are subject to change, and the prices shown in screenshots may not reflect the latest rates. Please refer to our official website or purchase page for the most up-to-date pricing.
2. Select
Register a New Domain (
first screenshot) if you do not already own a domain, or
I already have a Domain (
second screenshot) to use your existing domain.
Search or
Check your domain name accordingly to proceed.
3. Upon reaching the Sign up/Sign in page,
• If you are a
New Customer,
fill in your client information details accordingly. You may also refer to steps 4 and 5 of this
guide on signing up for a Z.com account.
• For existing customers, select the
Registered Users option and enter your
Email Address and
Password in the fields accordingly. Once done, click
Sign In.
4. Upon reaching the Checkout page, confirm your Client Information and Purchase Information details before clicking
Confirm.
*At the
Number of seats field, you may enter a valid number of 1-10. In Google Workspace, a seat means one user account. For example, you will need five seats if your team has five members.

5.
Order complete. You should receive an email with the email address you registered with Z.com regarding your Google Workspace trial plan. Please check your inbox for the details. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email.
*If you have any questions regarding your order, please open a support ticket from your Z.com Client Area and provide your order number for reference. Our customer support team will be able to assist you promptly.
2. Setting Process – How to set up
1. Locate the following email. Click
Sign in to access the Google Admin console using your administrator account.
From: The Google Workspace Team <workspace-noreply@google.com>
Subject: [Action Required] Activate your new Google Workspace Business Starter for ilovezcom.shop
Note: The following [Action Required] email is sent to the email address you registered with Z.com.
2. Upon reaching the Sign in page for Google Accounts, let us
locate the email and password from our Z.com Client Area.
Open a new tab and go to our
Sign-in page to log in. Aligned with your Google Workspace service, click
Manage Product.
3. Upon reaching the Manage Product page, scroll down to
locate the system-generated Google administrator default email and password used to sign in for Google accounts.
4. Go back to the Sign in page for Google Accounts and
sign in accordingly.
*If you encounter any errors during this step, wait for the Free Trial account to finish initialising, then try again after approximately 5–10 minutes.
5. Go through the Google Workspace Terms of Service. Once done, click
I understand.
6. Go through the Google Workspace Terms of Service. Once done, click
ACCEPT TERMS OF SERVICE.
7. Click
Get set up to get started.
8. You have successfully accessed your Admin console page. To verify your domain, click
Verify.
9. You will be redirected to a new tab, the Domain setup page. Click
Get started.
10. Since Z.com is not listed in the Domain host drop-down menu list, you may choose GMO Internet from the drop-down menu or check the
My domain uses a different host box and click
Continue.
11. It is time to
edit your domain DNS. Refer to the TXT and CNAME records provided on the Add verification code page. Once done, check the
Come back here and confirm once you have updated the code on your domain host box and click
Confirm.
12. You should be redirected to the following page once both TXT and CNAME records have been successfully added and propagated. This means you have successfully verified your domain and are set to start using Google Workspace apps. Click
Activate Gmail to continue.
13. Click
Continue.
14. Click
Proceed with activation.
15. It is
time to add the MX record to set up Gmail to send and receive emails.
Repeat step 10.
16.
Following step 11,
edit your domain DNS for the MX record. Once done, check the
Come back here and confirm once you have updated the code on your domain host box and click
Confirm.
17.
You are all set to use Google Workspace apps! You should be redirected to the following page once you have
successfully added all required TXT, CNAME, and MX records. Click
Done to be redirected back to your Admin console page to start using Google Workspace.
3. Plan Upgrade Process – How to upgrade to a paid plan after 30 days
Our customer support team will be happy to assist you in upgrading your Google Workspace trial to a paid plan and continuing to enjoy the service beyond the 30-day trial period. Simply contact us by submitting a support ticket or through
LiveChat, as the upgrade cannot be completed directly through your Z.com Client Area.
Note: If you decide to upgrade, your new paid plan will start on the upgrade date and continue for the full contract period you select. We recommend contacting our support team a few days before your trial ends to avoid any interruption to your Google Workspace service.
