Note: A domain name is required to sign up for the 30-day Google Workspace trial. You can register a new domain through our Domain Registration page if you do not already own one.    

1. Purchase Process – How to make an order

To start a Google Workspace 30-day trial: 1. Click here for the Google Workspace page on our website. Locate our available plans and under the Trial plan, click Try Now. Note: Prices and specifications are subject to change, and the prices shown in screenshots may not reflect the latest rates. Please refer to our official website or purchase page for the most up-to-date pricing. 2. Select Register a New Domain (first screenshot) if you do not already own a domain, or I already have a Domain (second screenshot) to use your existing domain. Search or Check your domain name accordingly to proceed. 3. Upon reaching the Sign up/Sign in page, • If you are a New Customer, fill in your client information details accordingly. You may also refer to steps 4 and 5 of this guide on signing up for a Z.com account. • For existing customers, select the Registered Users option and enter your Email Address and Password in the fields accordingly. Once done, click Sign In. 4. Upon reaching the Checkout page, confirm your Client Information and Purchase Information details before clicking Confirm. *At the Number of seats field, you may enter a valid number of 1-10. In Google Workspace, a seat means one user account. For example, you will need five seats if your team has five members. Note: The client information displayed here is not real and is only used as an example. When filling out your own details, please ensure all information is accurate to prevent your account from being flagged for manual review. You should receive an email with the email address you registered with Z.com regarding your Google Workspace trial plan. Please check your inbox for the details. Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email. *If you have any questions regarding your order, please open a support ticket from your Z.com Client Area and provide your order number for reference. Our customer support team will be able to assist you promptly.

2. Setting Process – How to set up

1. Locate the following email. Click Sign in to access the Google Admin console using your administrator account. From: The Google Workspace Team <workspace-noreply@google.com> Subject: [Action Required] Activate your new Google Workspace Business Starter for ilovezcom.shop Note: The following [Action Required] email is sent to the email address you registered with Z.com. 2. Upon reaching the Sign in page for Google Accounts, let us locate the email and password from our Z.com Client Area. Open a new tab and go to our Sign-in page to log in. Aligned with your Google Workspace service, click Manage Product. 3. Upon reaching the Manage Product page, scroll down to locate the system-generated Google administrator default email and password used to sign in for Google accounts. 4. Go back to the Sign in page for Google Accounts and sign in accordingly. *If you encounter any errors during this step, wait for the Free Trial account to finish initialising, then try again after approximately 5–10 minutes. 5. Go through the Google Workspace Terms of Service. Once done, click I understand. 6. Go through the Google Workspace Terms of Service. Once done, click ACCEPT TERMS OF SERVICE. 7. Click Get set up to get started. 8. You have successfully accessed your Admin console page. To verify your domain, click Verify. 9. You will be redirected to a new tab, the Domain setup page. Click Get started. 10. Since Z.com is not listed in the Domain host drop-down menu list, you may choose GMO Internet from the drop-down menu or check the My domain uses a different host box and click Continue. 11. It is time to edit your domain DNS. Refer to the TXT and CNAME records provided on the Add verification code page. Once done, check the Come back here and confirm once you have updated the code on your domain host box and click Confirm. 12. You should be redirected to the following page once both TXT and CNAME records have been successfully added and propagated. This means you have successfully verified your domain and are set to start using Google Workspace apps. Click Activate Gmail to continue. 13. Click Continue. 14. Click Proceed with activation. 15. It is time to add the MX record to set up Gmail to send and receive emails. Repeat step 10. 16. Following step 11, edit your domain DNS for the MX record. Once done, check the Come back here and confirm once you have updated the code on your domain host box and click Confirm. 17. You are all set to use Google Workspace apps! You should be redirected to the following page once you have successfully added all required TXT, CNAME, and MX records. Click Done to be redirected back to your Admin console page to start using Google Workspace.

3. Plan Upgrade Process – How to upgrade to a paid plan after 30 days

Our customer support team will be happy to assist you in upgrading your Google Workspace trial to a paid plan and continuing to enjoy the service beyond the 30-day trial period. Simply contact us by submitting a support ticket or through LiveChat, as the upgrade cannot be completed directly through your Z.com Client Area. Note: If you decide to upgrade, your new paid plan will start on the upgrade date and continue for the full contract period you select. We recommend contacting our support team a few days before your trial ends to avoid any interruption to your Google Workspace service.

After signing up for Google Workspace, you can add more email addresses (otherwise known as seats or user licences) directly from the Z.com Client Area. In Google Workspace, “seat” refers to a single user account or licence within an organisation’s subscription. Each seat represents a user with access to the Google Workspace services suite. For example, suppose a company signs up for Google Workspace and purchases 50 seats. In that case, up to 50 individual users within that organisation can have their own Google Workspace accounts, each with a unique email address and access to its shared resources and services. To add more seats directly from the Z.com Client Area, 1. Go to our Sign-in page. 2. Enter your Email Address and Password, and proceed to log in. 3. Aligned with your Google Workspace service, click View Details. 4. Click Change Number of Seats on the left side under Actions. 5. Enter the total number of seats (*including current seat/s) and click Click to Continue >>. 6. Review the new configuration in the Description section and select your desired payment method. Then click Click to Continue >> to finalise your order and payment. What is the price for an additional seat? The price for an additional seat is calculated on a prorated basis, aligning with the service’s initial start date. This means you only pay for the portion of the billing cycle that remains when the new seat is added. The exact price would depend on the cost of the full billing cycle for one seat and the time left in that cycle when the new seat is added. Note: Adding more seats to your plan does not affect your current storage capacity. It simply adds new email accounts, each with its own storage limit. Our plans offer different storage per user: 30GB in the Starter plan, 2TB in the Standard plan, and 5TB in the Plus plan (please see here). If you need more storage, you can think about upgrading your plan to one with higher limits.

To purchase a Google Workspace plan: 1. Go to our Google Workspace page, where you can easily compare the costs and features of each plan. Consider your requirements and choose the plan that best suits your needs. 2. Depending on the plan you choose, click Buy Now. 3. Go ahead and select Register a New Domain, or I already have a Domain.

• Select Register a New Domain to search for the availability of the domain name for registration (recommended for start-up customers that do not own a domain name yet). • Select I already have a Domain if you own an existing active domain name and would like to use it for this subscription**. ** Please do not use this domain to order Google Workspace from any other provider or the Google side. Note: For trial plan customers, please choose I already have a Domain, and be sure to contact us once you have completed the order.

4. Add to Cart for the new domain name, or Check for I already have a domain to proceed to the Sign up/Sign in page. 5. At the Sign up/Sign in section,

• For new customers, sign up for a Z.com account and your Google Workspace subscription by filling in the Email Address and Password fields (check □ By continuing, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the Product Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.) > Sign Up and Send Verification Code. You may refer here for more information on signing up for a Z.com account.

• For existing customers, enter your Email Address and Password, then Sign in.

6. Upon reaching the Checkout page, ensure the correct plan is selected to match your requirements (plan and number of seats) in the Purchase Information section, review your domain registration information, and choose your Payment method before proceeding to Pay Now.

Note: Make sure that your domain name is correct. Once the Google Workspace service is activated, the domain name cannot be modified or changed, and the service cannot be cancelled, so a refund is also not possible. * If you have any available coupon codes, you may use them at this step. Enter the coupon code > Apply Code.

7. Once payment has been completed, click Go to My account to manage your Google Workspace service.    

2. Settings Process - How to set up

To start using your Google Workspace email:

* You must verify your domain ownership by adding Google TXT records before using any Google features like email and apps inside Google Workspace.

1. Log in to your Z.com Client Area, aligned with your Google Workspace service, and click View Details. You will locate the email address and password needed to access your Google Admin console (step 3). 2. Now, check your registered email inbox. You should receive an email to access your Google Admin account. Click the Sign-in link in the email content.

3. Sign in using your Google account. As mentioned above, the email address and password are in step 1. 4. Upon reaching your Google Admin console, click VERIFY DOMAIN. 5. Click PROTECT. 6. Follow the instructions on the screen. Return to your Z.com Client Area and navigate the domain DNS Management section. Once done, click NEXT: GO TO STEP 2. 7. Copy your verification code and go to your domain DNS Management section to create a new TXT record. Once done, click Save Changes. Then, return to the page below and click PROTECT DOMAIN. 8. Click CONTINUE to be redirected back to your Google Admin console page. 9. To activate Gmail for your domain, click on your domain name under Domains. 10. Click Activate Gmail. 11. Choose the Set up MX record option before proceeding to click NEXT. 12. Follow the instructions on the screen. Return to your Z.com Client Area and navigate the domain DNS Management section. Once done, click NEXT: GO TO STEP 2. 13. Add the Google MX records to your domain DNS Management section. Once done, click Save Changes before proceeding to ACTIVATE GMAIL. 14. Click FINISH, and you are done!
