How to Upgrade my Unlimited Email Hosting Plan

If you need more storage for your Unlimited Email Hosting service, you can easily upgrade to a higher plan from your Z.com Client Area. Upgrading your email service allows you to scale your email hosting as your business grows without any service interruptions.

Note:
Downgrading reduces your allocated resources (such as number of mailboxes and data storage) and any remaining unused period is non-refundable. To downgrade your plan, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

How to Upgrade

Follow the steps below to upgrade your Unlimited Email Hosting plan:

1. Go to our Sign-in page.

2. Enter your Email Address and Password, and proceed to log in.

3. Aligned with your Unlimited Email Hosting service, click Manage Product.

4. Click Upgrade/Downgrade on the left side under Actions.

5. Select the plan you want to upgrade to using the drop-down menu based on the new configurations.

6. Once you have selected your plan, click Choose Product.

7. Double-check the new configuration under Description and Price before selecting your desired payment option using the Payment Method drop-down menu. Once done, Click Continue >> to finalise your order and payment.

8. Done! A successful order will redirect you to the Order Confirmation page. You will receive a confirmation email shortly. Kindly note that the upgrade will take effect once payment is completed, depending on the chosen payment method.
