How to access Webmail?
There are three ways to access Webmail in cPanel: your (a) Z.com Client Area, (b) cPanel, and (c) access Webmail directly through your preferred browser.
Note: Horde relies on PHP 7.4, which reached end-of-life on 28 November 2022. Because of this, cPanel has removed Horde and uses Roundcube for Webmail.
(a) Z.com Client Area
1. Go to our Sign-in page.
2. Enter your Email Address and Password, and proceed to log in.
3. Aligned with your web hosting service, click View Details.

4. Under Quick Shortcuts, click Email Accounts.

5. Under the list of email accounts, click Check Email, which is aligned with the email account for which you want to access its webmail.

6. Click Open.
* Tick the Open my inbox when I log in box to automatically access your Roundcube webmail upon step 5, skipping this step for future access.

(b) cPanel
1. Access cPanel directly through your Z.com account or cPanel link*.
* Input the IP address or domain and the 2083 service port in your preferred browser (e.g. https://163.44.242.16:2083 or https://example.com:2083).

2. Once you have reached the cPanel dashboard, locate Email Accounts under Email.
