How to start Business Email by Titan?
Before you start using your Titan Business Email service to create new email accounts and access webmail, ensure your domain is successfully connected to Titan Business Email. This is essential for seamless email functionality. If not set up yet, complete the domain connection first.
Click here for a guide on connecting your domain to Titan Business Email. Once done, you may proceed with the following steps.
1. Create a new email account
1. Upon logging into your Z.com account and reaching the Client Area, aligned with your Business Email service, click View Details.

2. Scroll to the Domain section tab and click Email Accounts to create a new email account.

3. Click Create a new email account.

4. Fill in the fields accordingly. You can choose to check the box to make the email account an admin (an admin can add/delete email accounts, manage upgrade and billing, and manage other admins). Otherwise, leave it unchecked. Once done, click Create new account.


5. Done! You can access webmail directly from this page by clicking on Access webmail, which will redirect you to a new browser and the Titan login page.
Note: Aligned with your password, click Copy to save your password for future login purposes. Make sure to do so, as the prompt in the screenshot below is only shown once.


6. Login to your Titan email account.

7. Confirm the password recovery email to receive an email with the login details of the email account. Once done, click Confirm.

8. Done! You should be redirected to your Titan webmail.

2. Access webmail
1. To access webmail directly from your Z.com Client Area, repeat step 2 above.
2. Aligned with your email account, click on the three dots drop-down menu and click Access Webmail.

3. You will be redirected to a new browser for the Titan login page. Login to your Titan email account.

4. Done! You should be redirected to your Titan webmail.

3. Reset your email account password
If you have forgotten your email account’s password and want to reset it, you can do so directly from your Z.com Client Area.
1. To set your password, repeat step 2 above.
2. Click Share login info.

3. Enter an email address to which to send login info. Once done, click Send email.
Note: You will receive an email with a link to set your password. This link will expire in 3 days.


4. Done! You should receive an email with the subject [Please set your password for emailaccount@domain.com]. Click Set your password to reset it.

5. You will be redirected to a new browser to reset your password. Fill in the fields accordingly and click Set password once done.

6. Done!
