Set up your Titan Business Email in Gmail

Getting started

Before you start, make sure you have:

• Your free Gmail account.
• Your Titan Business Email address.
• Email client configuration settings. You may use the following configurations.
Incoming server: pop.titan.email
Port: 995
Encryption method: SSL/TLS
Outgoing server: smtp.titan.email
Port: 465
Encryption method: SSL/TLS

1. Log in to your Gmail account. At the top right, click the Gear Settings icon, then click on See all settings.

2. Go to the Accounts and Import tab and click Add an email account.

Note: A pop-up window will appear to continue the setup process.

3. Enter your Titan Business Email address and click Next.

4. Ensure the Import emails from my other account (POP3) option is selected before clicking Next.

5. Confirm the incoming and outgoing mail configurations. The username is the same as the email address. Before clicking Add Account, check/uncheck boxes for the options below according to your preferences.

6. After your email address has been added, you will be prompted to send emails as this address. If you only need Gmail to receive emails, select No, and you will be all set. But if you want to receive and send messages, select Yes and continue to the next part.

Note: If you do not want to send emails to your Titan Business email address through Gmail, select No, exit the settings, and you will be done.

7. Enter your name and leave the treat as an alias box checked. This way, you can manage incoming and outgoing messages from the same inbox as your current Gmail address. Once done, click Next Step.

8. Confirm the outgoing server configuration settings. Once done, click Add Account.

9. Gmail will email a verification code to the email address you just added. You can either click the link in the email or copy/paste the code into the text box and click Verify.

10. Done! You have now configured your Titan Business email on your Gmail.

Set up your Titan Business Email in Outlook

Getting started

Before you start, make sure you have:

• Outlook email application and account.
• Your Titan Business Email address.
• Email client configuration settings. You may use the following configurations.
Incoming server: pop.titan.email
Port: 995
Encryption method: SSL/TLS
Outgoing server: smtp.titan.email
Port: 465
Encryption method: SSL/TLS

1. Open Outlook and click File at the top left of the Outlook menu.

2. Click + Add Account.

3. Enter your Titan Business Email address and then click Advanced options. Check the “Let me set up my account manually” box and click Connect.

4. Select POP.

5. Enter your Titan Business email password and click Connect.

6. Click Change Account Settings.

7. Confirm the incoming and outgoing mail configurations before clicking Next.

8. Enter your Titan Business email password and click Connect.

9. Wait for the setup to be completed.

10. Done! The account has been successfully added.
