How to set up Titan Business Email on the Android/iOS default mail client?

Setting up Titan Business Email on your device’s default mail client lets you manage your work emails seamlessly alongside your other accounts. Whether you are using an Android or iOS device, this guide will help you stay connected on the go without needing a separate app.

 

 

Set up Titan Business Email on Android

1. Open Settings and click Accounts.

2. Click + Add account.

3. Select the email client Personal (IMAP).

4. Enter your email and password.

5. Enter your Titan Business Email account details and server settings.

Incoming server settings
Server: imap.titan.email
Port: 993
Security: SSL

Outgoing server settings
SMTP server: smtp.titan.email
Port: 465 (or 587)
Security: SSL (or STARTTLS)

6. Set your Account options, then click Next.

7. Done! You may rename the Account name (optional) and Your name fields according to your preference.

Set up Titan Business Email on iOS

1. Open Settings on your iPhone and click Mail.

2. Click Accounts.

3. Click Add Account.

4. Click Other.

5. Click Add Mail Account.

6. Enter your Titan Business Email account details (name, email, password, and description). Once done, click Next.

7. Select IMAP as the account type and enter your server settings.

Incoming server
Host Name: imap.titan.email
User Name: Same as email address
Password: The one you use to login to your webmail

Outgoing server
Host Name: smtp.titan.email
User Name: Same as email address.
Password: The one you use to login to your webmail

8. Once done, click Next.

9. The Mail toggle should be switched on, and the Notes syncing toggle should be switched off. Once done, click Save. Done!

Troubleshooting login issues

If you run into issues connecting your Titan email to other devices, enabling access to third-party clients can help. This allows you to use Titan with default mail clients on Android and iOS.

However, please note that some key features are only available on the Titan platform and may not be supported by third-party clients.

To enable access to other mail clients:

1. Log in to Titan Webmail. Click on the gear icon Settings. Locate and click Enable Titan on other apps.

2. Click Next to complete the Titan features tour.

3. Click Enable Titan on other apps to check Titan mail on other devices. Done!
