How to Setup an Email Forwarder in cPanel

The cPanel email forwarder feature automatically redirects incoming emails from one address to another. This simplifies email management by consolidating messages from multiple addresses into a single inbox or forwarding them to different recipients.

It is beneficial for scenarios like forwarding emails from an old address to a new one, managing multiple business email addresses by directing them all to a single account or allowing multiple addresses to receive the same email without creating separate accounts for each.

1. Access cPanel directly through your Z.com account.

2. Once you have reached the cPanel dashboard, locate Forwarders under Email.

3. From the Managing drop-down menu, select the domain where the email address is created. Once done, click Add Forwarder.

4. Fill in the Address to Forward (the email address username, without the domain name) and Forward to Email Address (the email address to which the emails will be forwarded) fields. From the Domain drop-down menu, confirm the domain of the email address you want to forward. Once done, click Add Forwarder.

5. Done! Successfully creating and setting up an email forwarder should look like this.
