How do I upgrade my Titan Email service?
You can upgrade your Titan service directly from the Z.com Client Area.
1. Go to our Sign-in page.
2. Enter your Email Address and Password, and proceed to log in.
3. Aligned with your Titan service, click View Details.

4. Click Upgrade Product on the left side under Actions.

5. The available upgrade options will be displayed. From the drop-down menu, select the package you want to upgrade.

6. Once done, click Choose Product to proceed with the upgrade.
Note: The selected contract period and amount will be applied at the next renewal period.

7. Double-check the new configuration under Description and select your desired payment method before clicking Click to Continue >> to finalise your order and payment.
* If you have any available coupon codes, you may use them at this step. Include to Promotional code > click Validate Code.
Note: The upgrade price is prorated based on the unused portion of the current plan and the fees for the new plan for the same billing cycle.

8. Please note that the upgrade will take effect once payment is complete. Orders paid via online payment will be upgraded a few minutes after payment confirmation, while offline payments will take a while due to the payment validation process.
