Occasionally, after registering and purchasing a new domain, it can appear with the status Pending Registration in your client area on the right-hand side under status.
In that case, the newly registered domain is not activated and is not ready for use yet. Domains stuck at pending registration status can happen for different reasons, most often due to the following:
- Account information contains invalid symbols (our system only allows a-z, A-Z, 1-0)
- The domain is already registered somewhere else (even though the invoice was issued and payment has successfully gone through)
- Unpaid invoice due to bank transfer selected as the payment method (for bank deposits/transfers, our accounts team needs payment verification first before manually processing the order)
- A premium domain that Z.com do not support (2-4 letter domain names such as lot.id, ova.site, jav.id, etc.)
